Production
Our Technologies
Graphic Design
Graphic design plays a vital role in the marketing strategy of your products. With our experienced designers, we provide the support you need to create new creative designs and enhance your existing ones.
Extrusion
This stage involves blending the primary raw material with carefully measured additives that enhance the product’s properties, using heat and pressure. The mixture is then processed into film through the blown film extrusion method. Both mono-layer films and multi-layer co-extruded films are manufactured at our facility. Our extrusion lines have an annual production capacity of 25,000 tons.
Flexographic Printing
At our facility, we provide FLEXOGRAPHIC PRINTING on Polyethylene, Polypropylene, CPP, OPP, Metallized, and similar films up to 1600 mm in width.
Cutting
After the extrusion, printing, and lamination processes are completed, the films proceed to the cutting stage, where they are converted into their final required dimensions and form, ready for shipment.
Slitting
This is the process of converting products that have completed the extrusion, printing, and lamination stages into the required widths and lengths according to customer specifications.
