Production Stages
Graphic and Design
The promotion of your graphic and design products is of great importance in your strategy. With our experienced designers, we provide you with the necessary support in creating a new creative design and improving your existing design.
Extrusion
This stage is the stage where the main raw material and the auxiliary materials that add special features to the product are mixed in a measured ratio with the help of heat and pressure, and the film is turned into a film by balloon inflation method. Single-layer films and multi-layer coex films are produced by our company. We have a production capacity of 25,000 tons per year in our extrusion lines.
Flexo Printing
1600mm with FLEXO PRINTING 1600mm with system in our facility. Polyethylene, Polypropylene, CPP, OPP, Metalized etc. up to width. We can print films.
Cutting
The films, whose extrusion, printing and lamination processes are completed, take the desired final shape and form while passing to the cutting stage. It is ready for shipment.
Slicing
